Common Ground is excited to spend the morning as a community serving along side hundreds of fellow Central Oregonians at the annual Spring Thing event at Smith Rock State Park. This event is put on by the Smith Rock Group - a non-profit who’s mission is “To organize and encourage visitor responsibility of the Smith Rock area and promote the preservation and restoration of the region’s unique resources through public involvement and education.” To learn more about the Smith Rock Group, check out www.smithrockgroup.org.

A specific trail-maintanence and enhancement project is being blocked out by the event for our Common Ground community. We’ll be serving together instead of meeting in our regular LifeGroups this particular weekend, so come on out and join us.
