Common Ground Gathers
Our Common Ground Gathers events are when our LifeGroups come together to celebrate what God has been doing in our individual lives and as a community. The theme for each Gathers changes, as it’s the perfect time to strengthen friendships through getting together outside and worshipping together through music and testimony.
august gathers:
august 14-17: Newberry Crater’s East Lake
This Gathers is one of the favorites of the whole year as it’s our annual lake campout. Great times are ahead! Expect loads of fun, food, and worship together as a community. More details to be announced!

September gathers:
sept 26-27: convocation at bend SDA church
Convocation is when all of the Seventh-day Adventist churches in Central Oregon come together to worship through music, learn, and celebrate what God has been doing in our communities. There are sessions starting the evening of the 26th and into the day on the 27th with speaker Ty Gibson.
October gathers:
oct 10-12: on this rock climbing festival
This is our 4th annual OTR Festival! On This Rock is a climbing festival that we host next to Smith Rock in Terrebonne, Oregon. The event focuses on improving accessibility, experiencing belonging, and considering the way of Jesus in the climbing community. We’ll need all hands on deck from our Common Ground community to help put this amazing event on for the community.
